RF Mode
Important: The role of the logged-in user must have access to the Wireless Device feature to use IntelliTrack Mobile RF.
The main application database and the IntelliTrack Mobile RF database are updated in real-time. This provides for real-time data updates from the batch device to the main web application.
Batch Mode
Important: The role of the logged-in user must have access to the Batch Device feature to use IntelliTrack Mobile batch.
In IntelliTrack MobileBatch, transactions occur in batch mode. The main application database and the batch database must be synchronized with each other in order to contain the same data. This is accomplished via data upload and processing of the batch data and data download of the main application data to the batch application.
- IntelliTrack Mobile Batch uses data syncing to share data between the main application and the mobile application.
- Use the Sync menu options to download and upload data in IntelliTrack Mobile Batch.
- Data that is collected in the batch mode must be uploaded to the main application.
- Uploaded data to the main application must be processed into the IntelliTrack database.
- After the batch data is uploaded and processed into the main database, download main application data to IntelliTrack Mobilebatch to keep the databases synchronized.
