User Preferences
Each user of the IntelliTrack application may set his/her preferences. User preference settings are required and include:
- Password: IntelliTrack user's login password.
- Language [English, Spanish, (French Canada)], Portuguese (Brazil): system language; select English , Spanish , French (Canada) or Portuguese (Brazil) from the Language field drop-down list.
- Default Division: The division assigned to the user. The user must be assigned a default division in order to reach division information, add division data, and perform division transactions. The user may have access to multiple divisions, but he/she may only work in one division at a time. IntelliTrack automatically loads data for this division at the relevant pages and forms.
- Default Site: The default site assigned to the user. The default site is automatically set at relevant IntelliTrack pages and forms. To reach site information, add site data, and perform site transactions, the user must be assigned to it. A user may work in more than one site in a division, if he/she is assigned to multiple sites in the division. In this case, the default site is automatically selected, but the user may select any division-site to which he/she has access.

The system language is set at the Select Language field. IntelliTrack may be localized for English, Spanish, French (Canada), or Portuguese (Brazil); see "Changing the Application Language" for more information.
Important: Each user must have a default division and site in order to access basic system information such as item, locations, and inventory.
The division(s) and site(s) that the user has access to are defined when the user is added to the application
