Magento Manual Synchronization
Important: The Synchronization tab is only available when you have the IntelliTrack for Magento Manual Sync feature. It is activated after the store key is set.
It is useful to manually sync the data if you need to verify that the data is in sync while working with the inventory and orders in IntelliTrack and Magento. To manually sync data, refer to the steps below.
Warning: We recommend adding or editing item, customer, and carrier data in Magento only. When you add or edit this information in IntelliTrack, it will become out-of-sync with Magento.
- Select the Synchronization tab to bring it to the front.
- Items section\Synchronize Products button: click to import the Magento products into IntelliTrack.
- Inventory section\Import Inventory; button: click to import the Magento inventory into IntelliTrack. Inventory should only be imported one time to establish the initial inventory dataset; so, once you import the inventory, the Import Inventory button becomes disabled.
- Inventory section\ Export Inventory Adjustments button: click to export the inventory adjustments from IntelliTrack.
- Picking Orders section\Synchronize Carriers button: click to sync the Carriers between Magento and IntelliTrack.
- Picking Orders section\Synchronize Customers button: click to sync the Customers between Magento and IntelliTrack.
- Picking Orders section\Synchronize Picking Orders button: click to sync picking orders between Magento and IntelliTrack. As part of the order, carrier and shipping methods are also imported into IntelliTrack.
- The status bar along the bottom of the Plugin notifies you when the import is complete.
