Custom Reports and Labels

Note: In order to use the Report Designer, the role of the logged-in user must include the Design Report feature or the Design Label feature.

The Report Designer is a separate windows application. You may create new reports or bar code labels in the Report Designer. Use the IntelliTrack End-User Report Designer application to:

Note: In order to delete a custom report, the role of the logged-in user must include the Delete Reports feature.

The basic process for using the custom report/label feature from IntelliTrack includes:

  1. Installing the IntelliTrack End User Report Designer: To install the IntelliTrack End User Report Designer, see "End-User Report Designer Page".
  2. Creating or Editing a Data Report or a Label Report in the End User Report Designer: see "Create Reports" or see "Modify IntelliTrack Standard Reports"
  3. Uploading the Report to the IntelliTrack Application: see "Uploading a Report or Label to IntelliTrack".
  4. Running the report in IntelliTrack: Once the custom report or label is saved in the IntelliTrack End User Report Designer, it is uploaded to IntelliTrack. Once uploaded, the report or label is available as a Custom option at the View Reports page , see "View Reports Page" or the View Labels page, see "View Labels Page".
